Peach Pie

Yesterday our new hired boy started, he will be working full time so I don't have to mix feed Tuesday afternoons.  Gabe would go the Sam's moms house while I worked and she still wanted him to come up so I had two hours to get some stuff done.  We always have supper at my mother-in-laws so I decided to make dessert to take along.  This is what I made:

We have two peach trees so last fall I canned peach pie filling, then it is pretty easy to make a pie.  I just have to make the crust and the crumb topping.


A couple of weeks ago I bought a new electric griddle with money I had gotten for my birthday.  It was regularlly 50 dollars and I got it for 27 dollars.  I love it I can fit so much food on it, it is about twice the size of my old one.
