Lots cooking and baking this week.  One new recipe but most of them ones I already had made.  Wednesday I made snickerdoodles for Caleb to take to youth group for snack on Thursday night.

Snickerdoodles

For supper Thursday night I made a new chicken casserole that we liked.

Creamy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
Friday night we had cheese steaks which Sam made and they were very yummy.  We get chipped steak made when we butcher it is pretty good.  Today I made an egg casserole for breakfast,  I get my mother-in-law to put it in the oven and then breakfast is ready when we get in (she watches the boys while we are in the barn).  The boys didn't want to miss MaMa this morning, Caleb was up at 5 and Gabe was up at 5:30.  This is normal for Caleb but not Gabe.  I think we will have any early bed time tonight.

Egg Casserole
I used up all my ripe bananas this morning and made banana bread.

Banana Bread
I'm trying to get some of my beef used up before we get new beef, so today I made nine pounds of meat loaf.  We are going to have some tonight and the rest is going in the freezer to get out for a quick meal.
We got another bull calf today.  Out of the last twelve calves we got 11 have been bulls and the one that was a heifer died.  We are hoping this soon turns around!!!  Recipes will follow for the dishes I have pictured.
