Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/3 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1-1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2 cup rice krispy cereal
Directions:
- In a small bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to the butter and sugar and mix. Spread in a greased 15x10 baking pan. Bake 15-18 minutes.
- Sprinkle marshmallows on top and bake for 2-3 minutes. Using a knife dipped in water spread marshmallows. Cool completely.
- For topping, combine in a small saucepan the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Cook & stir over low heat until blended. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Spread over bars and chill. Enjoy.
