Florentine Meatballs



Ingredients:

  • 1 package( 10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • Hot cooked spaghetti

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach bread crumbs, parm cheese, and eggs. Crumble hamburger over mixture. Mix well.  Shape into balls.
  2. Place meatballs on a baking pan and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 24-28 minutes. 
  3. Serve with spaghetti sauce and hot spaghetti.
