Friends...

Yesterday Caleb's friend from school,

Seth, came over to play.

Caleb was so excited to see him.

Gabe tagged along with them

most of the time.

Gabe was so sad his friend 

wasn't able to come over.

Seth wanted to take a picture with

both of them.

He arranged how everyone

should stand.

Good News Club

Last week the boys went to a 

Good News Club 5 day camp.

They had such a good time.

They were sad when it was over.

The best part for them 

was when they got to get

the teachers wet for raising enough

money for the missionaries.

Cape Henlopeon State Park....

On Monday the boys and I, 

went to the beach

with Mom & Dad

and Logan & Alyssa.

We went to Cape Henlopeon state park.

My aunt has a place down there,

so we spent the night and came home the next day.

We got to the beach around 3.

Which is a nice time to go

because people are starting to leave 

for the day.

It rained a little bit after we got there

and more people left.

It was nice not having many people around us.

The boys love going to the beach,

they were in the water the whole time.

This was only their second time at the beach,

it was Alyssa first time,

she seemed to enjoy it.

The park also had a nature center that we visited.

An Answer to Prayer....

We have really been in need of rain lately.

We have been praying for it.

Our crops were

looking so good,

in the middle of June.

We were getting rain and

the corn was really green looking good.

Then it just stopped.

Friday the corn was looking bad!

It seems like the rain was going around us

on Friday which is really depressing.

Saturday morning I woke up and 

saw puddles.

I was so excited!!!

Over all this weekend we got 2.5 inches of rain.

That is AWESOME!!!!!

God surely does watch out for us.

We just need to trust in him

that he will provide for us!!

Lego Night

Friday night we had lego night

at church.

We had about 60 kids there,

which is great!!

Everyone seemed to have fun

playing with there legos, 

eating snack and

visiting with each other.

Every kid got to take a lego home

with them, these are what they

could choose from.

There was lots of legos for the kids to 

build with.

Summer Heat...

Our summer is going super fast.

We were on vacation the end of June,

had a wonderful vacation at the mountains.

We came home and it was so HOT.

The last ten days we have spent a lot

of time at the pond.

The boys have gotten sunburn.

Saturday was really bad

we made it to 100 degrees.

Sunday we had our church picnic at gap park.

The boys had a lot of fun there.

I haven't been there for years.

This week the boys are going 

to a Good News Club,

for an hour every afternoon.

Today was the first day and 

they enjoyed it.

We are praying for rain.

It is getting so dry.

We are hoping for a better crop year this year,

but we need some rain.  

 So we are hoping and praying for rain

and cooler weather!!
